Meet Kaitlyn

I was born and raised in Helena, Montana and I love all Montana has to offer. While planning my own wedding, I realized there are not many affordable wedding coordinators. Which got me thinking, I would make a great coordinator!

I have always been extremely organized, detail-oriented, and good at planning. I even sort my clothes by season and color and make itineraries for every trip I go on, no matter how big or small. 

When I'm not planning and organizing, I love to cook, read, explore the outdoors, and spend time with my friends and family. While my background has prepared me well to coordinate weddings, my favorite part of wedding planning is having fun, watching the bride and groom's vision come to life, and being a part of their big day!
