This gives you access to our coordinators for your wedding rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. This includes the execution of already-made plans including the oversight of vendors, timeline management, as well as overcoming any last-minute challenges that may arise. This also includes unlimited communication, 12 hours of coordination the day of, and plenty of checklists to ensure not one detail is missed, allowing you to enjoy your wedding day while we handle the rest.
This gives you access to our coordinators for the full setup and takedown of your wedding including tables, chairs, and personal items such as linens, flowers, signs, etc to give you peace of mind that everything will be placed correctly and on time. The price will depend on the expected guest count.
Any event that is 50 or more miles away from Helena, MT, includes a roundtrip fuel fee of $0.64 per mile.
Any event that is located outside of Helena, Bozeman, or Missoula will have an accommodation fee.
